What affects the price?

- Timing: night and weekend shifts.
- Special work: working at height, industrial machines, special products.
Same size, different price
Compare a 100 m² open-plan office with a 100 m² dental clinic. The clinic has more sanitary areas, separate equipment per zone and a disinfection protocol. The size is the same; the work is completely different.
