What to watch for in a new building
New buildings have protective film and sticker residue on windows, cement and silicone on tiles, and construction dust everywhere. In this case you need post-renovation cleaning, not ordinary cleaning.
What to watch for in an older apartment
A layer of grease left by previous tenants (especially in the kitchen), limescale and mold in the bathroom, odors in cabinets. For such apartments we recommend staged deep cleaning and, if needed, disinfection.
